| Tim began his career at UPS in 1988 where he held positions in marketing and operations. Since 1996, Tim has been involved in multiple corporations holding positions of District Manager, Regional Director, Vice President of Operations, SVP of Operations, EVP, COO, and President with responsibility for up to 2,000 employees and P&L responsibility in excess of $150 million dollars. Tim has been actively involved with Brad for over 20 years in multiple businesses. Tim’s proven track record of financial and operational management has allowed the team to continue to build great businesses, which have been very successful in executing their plans. He has experience with multiple acquisitions on both the buying and selling end. The experience with acquisitions has allowed him to gain invaluable knowledge in the integration process with an adept understanding of the struggles that many businesses go through during these changes. Tim holds a Bachelors degree in Management and a Masters degree in Finance and Accounting. He currently chairs the Texas based charitable foundation Racers United.
